14-day refund

You can ask for your money back within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed. Email support@shlassessmentpractice.com from your account address; we refund to the payment method you used within 5 working days.

After 14 days

After the refund period we do not refund, unless the site was unusable because of a fault on our side. Describe what went wrong and we fix it or refund you.

One payment

You pay once and there is no subscription, so nothing is ever charged automatically.
